Μy story
As soon I started waking us an infant I first danced. I was moving in disco rhythms until 12 years old.
When I was 12 I enrolled in a volleyball team and I was playing volleyball in high level teams in Greece for many years back then.
There I felt that movement should become a way of life for me. So at the age of 18 I studied Physical Education at the University of Athens. for 4 years.
While I was in the University I started teaching volleyball and did that for many years after, since I gained a bachelor as a coach for A category national teams. In 2001 I felt that I also needed to have my own work as a professional and I also gained a Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Consultant diploma. So back then I opened a business of my own and started to teach adults so they become stronger and healthier.
In the same time I was working in a café in south Crete. My life was back then exhausting and the emotional pressure was over my limits cause of bad relations. In 2005 a couple of Scandinavians came to me in South Crete and offered to teach me a yoga class. I did yoga for the first time and I felt an emotional paradise where everything stopped and I simply felt happy, a nirvana of mind.
As soon as I came in Chania I ordered DVD from Europe and started studding and using the asanas of Yoga in the Personal Training classes. Back then except the emotional pressure, I was also suffering from stomach disorders which where cured with "cobra" asanas and proper nutrition.
In 2008 I found my Yoga Teacher in Athens " Linda Kapetaniou" and she trained me to become a "Yoga Master" 500 RYT Yoga Alliance accredit. From back then I established "Green Yoga" and Yoga become a way of life and a profession. Through Yoga I become calm, learned to control the emotional stress. In 2014 I started to teach Sup Yoga with sequences, that I invented for the first time in Crete.
In 2016 my health had trouble again and my Yoga profession was in crisis. I had for once again in my life to find a way to save my profession and my hole life. So I studied Massage and Sujok in Crete with a physiotherapist.
Massage was now part of my life and it supplement my work treating people with various problems. I was alone and treatments become a way of a fulfilling life and a reason to carry on a happy existence.
